UTAH BOOT CAMP
Get ready for the best workout of your life! BODY4CHANGE’s Utah Boot camp is the BEST way to get into shape. This is “In-your-face” Group Personal Training taught by certified personal trainers that have over 10 years of experience. We workout Monday through Friday for 1-hour each day. Each day of the week is different muscle groups so your body won’t get burnt out. Classes are acted out somewhat in a military fashion, but in a fun way. We follow an interval method where we alternate back and forth between resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. We keep the groups small so that it is still “personal” enough to cater to any injuries or limitations that you may have. A great emphasis is placed on nutrition and reaching your goals.
All skill/fitness levels are invited to participate in our Boot camp Fitness program. Anyone wanting to tone and or lose weight, become more flexible, boost self-image and self-esteem is encouraged to participate. The trainers are experts and know how to modify exercises based on injuries, medications, weight etc.

$15/session or $300 for 4 weeks.
$17.50/session or $175 for 2 weeks.
All of our Boot Camps are ongoing, meaning that you can start any day and any week that you want!
Any client that brings a friend, neighbor, relative, etcetera that joins our boot camp workout program (5x per week for 4 weeks) will receive a $50 discount off of their next month’s payment, NO LIMIT.
