Jana is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Lifestyle and Weightloss Consultant with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University. She has started the course work for her masters in Biomechanics (physics of the body and sport) and is excited to have that finished as well. She competed in Track and Field at the NCAA Division 1 level. She has experience with a lot of different populations and types of goals. She has coached athletes in speed and power camps as well as Track and Soccer. She designed and taught a pre and post natal group fitness class. She really enjoyed working in Cardiac Rehab, designing exercise routines to help people recover after heart attack or heart surgery.
