Classes are Advanced 5 a.m. MWF, Intermediate 6a.m. MWF, and Beginning 6 a.m. TTHF.
Classes include an 8 week split diet plan, body fat and measurements and a strength test at the start and finish. Workouts entailsprints, plyometrics, circuit and weight training, cycling, heavy bag and interval training.
Prices are $200 for nonmembers and $135 for member sthe first time and $125 for nonmembers and $75 for members returning to class.
