The Salt Lake Astronomical Society is hosting “star parties” and “sun parties” in the Salt Lake area. The events are designed to help people learn more about what’s in the night sky and foster an interest in astronomy. This is a fun activity for the entire family.
The Salt Lake Astronomical Society (SLAS) is a nonprofit corporation formed in the state of Utah. Composed of about 200 members wishing to enjoy the pleasures and benefits of an association of persons interested in astronomy.
