Wasatch Crossfit Boot Camps are a great way to get fit while having fun in a supportive atmosphere. By using the Crossfit training you can get the lean toned body that you deserve. You’ll also have fun and enjoy meeting like-minded motivated people.
We’ve trained everyone from senior citizens to distance runners to elite athletes. Boot Camp is for individuals who are committed changing their life in a positive supportive atmosphere. Every Boot Camp includes 12 weeks of nutritional counseling including weekly measurements, custom menus, and meal planning. We’ll even help you with your grocery shopping list.
An hour with a personal trainer is typically $50-$75. Our Boot Camp is less than $20/session and you’ll get world class coaching.

Directions to the Basin Recreation Field House: Coming from Salt Lake – As you approach Park City on Interstate 80, exit at State Highway 224 (Kimball’s Junction). The exit will be #145. Turn right off the exit, but stay in the left turning lane. You will want to make the first left at the light (by McDonald’s) onto Ute Blvd. (towards the Wells Fargo Bank, Wendy’s Drive in, Smith’s Market…) Follow that road about a half mile and you will run right into the Field House. It’s the big green building as you enter Newpark.

Recreation is what Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District does best. We pride ourselves in offering Snyderville Basin residents and visitors an exciting assortment of year-round recreational activities for youth, adults and families. We encourage you to experience the programs, camps and sport opportunities we offer in Snyderville’s pristine, alpine parks or in our state of the art Fieldhouse, located at Kimball Junction in Newpark.

Classes are Advanced 5 a.m. MWF, Intermediate 6a.m. MWF, and Beginning 6 a.m. TTHF.
Classes include an 8 week split diet plan, body fat and measurements and a strength test at the start and finish. Workouts entailsprints, plyometrics, circuit and weight training, cycling, heavy bag and interval training.
Prices are $200 for nonmembers and $135 for member sthe first time and $125 for nonmembers and $75 for members returning to class.

We believe that recreational gymnastics can greatly benefit children in the areas of balance, strength, agility, grace, flexibility, perseverance, discipline, concentration, creativity, poise, confidence, and in many other areas of life.
We accept new students at any time based upon class availability. We have two basic seasons – school year and summer. Many of the classes fill during our August (school year) and May (summer) registration periods.
