Discover miles of scenic trails that allow you to explore the resort and connect with Park City’s massive trail network. Trailheads are located at the base area and mid-mountain near Red Pine Lodge.
This summer, we will also be running the High Meadow chair lift from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, providing access to the family-friendly Red Pine Loop. There is no additional charge for riding this lift and bike racks will be available. Also be aware that sheep grazing occurs on these mountains. Keep pets leashed at all times and avoid herd dogs as they may become aggressive. Note: Helmets are required for those biking at the resort.
Mountain bike rentals are available at a number of locations in the Resort Village. Trail Maps are available at Canyon Mountain Sports in the Resort Village and can be downloaded from our website.

“Yoga changed my life. It calmed me. It centered me. It opened me up and brought flexibility into my life in more ways than one! When I practiced Yoga I was happy. When I didn’t, my body and my spirit yearned for it. When yoga became part of my life, I was able to finally come home to myself.”
Hatha yoga is like a “wish-fulfilling tree” of health benefits. 15 million people in the US couldn’t be wrong! Whether you’re looking to increase strength and stamina, de-stress from a long day, lose a few pounds, or just relax and “be” in a beautiful place, our classes are gentle but inspiring. Just as important, yoga postures can improve sitting posture and still the mind, in preparation for the inwardly focused practices that bring us into Krishna’s spiritual realm. We teach yoga as an aspect of bhakti or devotion to God, but that doesn’t stop it from being a great workout!
On Monday through Thursday evenings, come for special Integrated Yoga Nights, when we flow from one form of devotional yoga to another. An inner journey into the spiritual world unfolds naturally. These sessions begin at 6 pm with an offering of love and devotion to God. Guests are welcome to come for all or part of the program, according to their preferences.
6:00 Bhakti, or devotional Yoga
6:15 Jnana Yoga, or yoga of Knowledge
6:45 Hatha yoga – postures/breathing
7:30 Kirtan yoga – call-and-response singing
7:45 Japa yoga – quiet mantra repetition
Hanuman also teaches Integrated Yoga on Saturdays at 12:30 pm. Don’t miss this customized, fun class with one of the area’s top yoga and martial arts instructors (and kirtan leaders). Get ready to serenely enter Krishna’s realm with a potent blend of Kundalini, Hatha, and Shakti (power) Yoga, as well as Tai Chi and other traditional martial arts exercises. We begin with the noon offering and Hanuman takes it from there.
