The Love Your Body race was created five years ago by Wasatch Woman magazine for women who care about their health, fitness, community, friends, and families. By treating yourself well, you’re able to achieve your personal best and be an inspiration to others. Be part of the largest women-only run in Utah. Over 2000 participants are expected to be in attendance at this event. Part of the proceeds will go to the new Thanksgiving Point children’s museum, The Museum of Natural Curiosity. We’ll also be making a donation to the Girl Scouts of Utah.

The 10k run and 6K (3.72 miles) run/walk, will include a portion of the beautiful Gardens at Thanksgiving Point. The course will be flat and fast and will be the perfect run to finish the season if you are looking to set a final personal record. You will establish healthy fitness habits going into fall and winter by training for this event and you’ll feel great for participating. We encourage you to bring your families along for support.
